Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital is 90-bed rehabilitation hospital accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).  The hospital has been awarded accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the following programs:

• Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs – Hospital (Adults)
• Brain Injury Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs – Hospital (Adults)
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs – Hospital (Stroke Specialty Programs)
• Spinal Cord System of Care (Adults)

We provide interdisciplinary rehabilitation services that stress an individualized approach.

·     Pinecrest utilizes a team approach, including physiatry, rehabilitation nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language pathology, psychology, neuropsychology (available in English and Spanish) and case management.

Admission Process

·    A referral by a local physician, hospital social services or by personally calling the
  Admissions Department

·    An evaluation by a patient referral coordinator at no charge

·    A review by the Pre-Admission Screening Committee to determine rehabilitation potential
